We are seeking to strengthen our team who are responsible for project implementation. For this we are looking for a dedicated colleague with a process engineering background to join our team in Oslo.

Höegh LNG is the leading owner and operator of Floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs). We are proud of being an important part of ensuring reliable access to energy. Job duties
- You will be an integrated part of the project team with a diversity of task scopes, but as a subject matter expert in the LNG process area
- Develop specifications and opportunities for engineering contracts in relation to the project activities and especially as a subject matter expert in the LNG process area
- Follow up engineering companies, shipyards and equipment suppliers to secure deliveries in accordance with contracts and our requirements
- Contribute to the technical development of a new solution within existing FSRU/LNGC operations and new businesses
- Technical support in business and contract development
Requirements
- Have completed higher relevant education in Process Engineering, Energy Process and Fluids Engineering, Heat & Energy Processes, or similar
- Have 3-5 years of experience from similar positions or work area
- Posesses strong knowledge of LNG and natural gas processes (or other liquefied gases)
- Have experience with process simulation tools is an advantage, preferably Hysys
- Have knowledge of or interest in floating LNG solutions and challenges related to this is an advantage, as well as an interest in the transition to clean energy
- Have knowledge of and preferably experience with the most important stakeholders in the industry such as shipyards, equipment suppliers, engineering companies and classification societies
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Identify yourself with HLNG's values: innovative, competent, engaged, and reliable
